Veteran broadcaster Bill Bro founded the communications charity that is licensed as FM radio station WZQR-LP. A technical innovator, Mr. Bro created the area’s first Cloud-based station. WZQR’s programs stream on Live365.com and TuneIn.com, 24/7.

Pine Island Community Radio Corporation‘s WZQR-LP is our Florida Gulf island’s only Low Power FM station, serving Charlotte Harbor, Pine Island Sound, and its barrier islands including Sanibel and Captiva. The station is a 501(c)3 federally authorized charity operated by an all-volunteer staff. No request for funding is made here.
